Where is my download?
Your receipt carries an order reference. Put it into Library and your files are there. Nothing expires and there is no limit on how many times you download them.
I lost my order reference.
It is in the receipt email, and on the page you were sent to right after paying. If both are gone, reply to the receipt and the reference can be traced against the payment.
What do I actually receive?
The file itself, in the format the product page names — a PDF, an XLSX, a DOCX, a PPTX or a ZIP of files. No printing, no shipping, nothing physical.
Can I sell what I make with a cut file?
Not on the licence that comes with it. Every paid item includes a personal licence: use it, make things with it, give them away. To sell what you make, add the commercial licence for $20 — it is a tick box beside Add to cart, it is bought once per product, and it never expires. Either way the files themselves are never yours to resell or share.
I already bought it. Can I add the commercial licence later?
Yes. Put the product in your cart again and tick the commercial licence; the grant is what you are buying, so you are not paying for the files twice.
Can I get a refund?
A digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, and you tick a box saying so before checkout. If a file is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, it is refunded. The terms page has the full text.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no mailing list. Your order reference is your key, which is why the receipt is worth keeping.
Do you track me?
The shop counts how many times each product is opened and added to a cart. That is a number per product with no identifier attached, no cookie and nothing kept on your device.

Reply to your receipt with the order reference. That reaches the only person who runs this shop, and it carries the evidence needed to trace a payment.
